Thank you for shopping with Master Game Studios LLC. Below you will find information about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, preferred shipping method, and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: arrival times vary by destination

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carriers, weather, and other factors outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

We typically ship with:

  • USPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx

Shipping carrier may vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to United States, Canada and the following regions: (Asia, Europe, Oceania)

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or oversized packages.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages caused by address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, shipping and delivery are outside our control.

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact the carrier first to start a claim.

International Taxes & Duties (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Preorders (if applicable)

If your order includes preorder items, the entire order may ship together once preorder items are available unless otherwise noted.

Estimated shipping windows for preorder items will be provided on the product page.
